I have had a very bad customer service experience with the Sugarland store. I ordered a crib from them and was told that the crib should be in within 6-10 weeks of the order date. I called them 10 weeks later and they have been putting me off, not answering phone calls and have been extremely rude. Each time I call they extend the time another two weeks. One of the sales people told me that I should just get my money back!!!! Unfortunatly I don't have the time to wait. My baby is due soon and I don't have a crib. Beware... they are great salespeople in that they will tell a good story to get you to buy something, but if you have a problem, forget getting any help or any apology or any straight answers from anyone. I won't recommend them to any of my friends. Cons: Very rude sales staff if you ever need help, don't return phone calls more
