I recently did a search on City Search and I won the lottery in salons. I had a very bad experience with a salon that I will not mention. They had literally broke my hair off with out telling me. I was devestated when I got home. I began to search for someone to help me.I called the color xperts to see what they could do to help. I can tell you that I have never been treated so well. I had an appointment with someone named Gina. She took it upon herself to call over her manager Michelle, to talk with me also about what had happened. They had a very in depth consult with me and had given me several recommendations to get my hair in better shape. I was given several compliments which made me feel alot better about the situation. The then went out of their way to give me a conditioning treatment to make my hair better. They did not charge me for this service . I left the salon feeling like someone really cared about me and what had happened. I would reccommend everyone to go to this salon and walk away feeling like I did. I don't remember the last time that I was given such treatment from someone who did not even create the problem. MY faith in people was lifted that day as how I was treated by Michelle and Gina. Thanks ! to them both. You can bet that they have me as a new client.
