I was born in Spain and bouncing from Tapas bar to Tapas bars is a way of life there. I went to tango and ordered food which was very good. However I do not think it should be advertised as tapas because they are not served as a tapas is. I suppose this is probably due to regulations on how food can be stored and served. In spain, tapas line the bars and you do not go to a restaurant to order them, but grab as you go. Still all that whining aside, the food was good if pricey and the wine selection was great. Go on the night they have the half priced bottles. I would like to see it become less formal. Spanish dining is not about everybody being quiet, but having long raucous meals with family and friends. Loosen up!
Pros: Good food choices and excellent wine selection
Cons: Too formal and over priced for what is served.
