Knowing that they are located in the city of Santa Clara, I was surprised when they told me that they cover many other cities as well. I have family in Sunnyvale and Cupertino, so I'll be sure to recommend you guys KV appliance! I live in San Jose which has a high population, and so I was very pleased when they showed up on time and fixed my problem right away! I NEEDED THAT OVEN. HAHAHA.
