We've heard excellent things about Benold's, so you can imagine we were a little shocked when, after about five minutes of perusing their smallish showroom, nobody came to offer us any help. We counted five employees, or who seemed to be somewhat employed, loafing around and talking amongst themselves while four or five customers browsed on their own. Aloof is not a word one should use to describe the sales team. My girlfriend's dress probably cost more than their entire wardrobes, while the change in my slacks rivaled the cost of their antiquated wood venneered showcase. Very unprofessional. One saleswoman walked right by us without so much as making eye-contact.
Pros: Great parking and nice, uh surounding stores
Cons: Service, salesteam, atmosphere
