My family had a reservation on Sunday night and, while we were seated right away, the service turned out to be horrible. We were given one menu for a party of seven and had to go back and ask for more. We asked for water several times before we got any- and there were only four other customers in the restaurant at the time! Our server seemed totally confused while we were ordering and we had to repeat our order a couple of times until he got it, and then when the food came, he had missed my sister's order, so she had to wait, and the rest of us were nearly finished eating when it finally arrived. On top of that, the vegetable couscous that three of us ordered was mediocre at best. simply a few potatoes, carrots, and raisins over couscous with very little spice or sauce- I've made much better and more flavorful at home, and I don't even cook! Overall, it was pretty disappointing as my husband and I were there a year ago for the eight course dinner, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely, but now we definitely won't be going back. The atmosphere is great but doesn't make up for the lousy service and mediocre, overpriced food.
