So far I've only gotten manicures and eyebrow waxes done at P&C but I am definitely looking into them for other services. The quality of work is always spectacular, the staff is friendly even for such an upscale place. It is a little pricey ($25 for a french manicure, $22 for eyebrows) but to me it's worth it for the atmosphere and expertise of the staff.
Pros: Clean, Relaxing, well-trained staff
Cons: a little pricey...that's it!
