I absolutely hate going to this store. The only reason I do is because I have to get a special food for my cat and they are so much closer than PetSmart. Every single time I go, I have to wait and wait to be checked out. They always have atleast 4 or 5 people on duty but it seems only one person is actually WORKING. Even if there are only two people in line at the checkout, we wait. It takes over five minutes per transaction. The employees are like helpless zombies. We were seriously considering adopting a cat they had but no one knew were the key to the cage was and the manager wouldn't get off the phone to help. After waiting over twenty minutes, we left.
