i bought a tv and warranty less than 1 yr ago. I was having problems and brought it in. I ended up going back twice and had to upgrade my tv which cost me more money. I had spent 100 dollars on a warranty where they would come to my house and fix my tv, but i had to go to them and spend even more. Best Buy was NOT HELPFUL and I will not purchase large items there ever again. more
