Their service department assigns you a service representative. If for some reason your representative is extremely busy or if they are unavailable then forget about service altogether. The other representatives could care less about you because they are not assigned to you. I got unlucky and my representative became ""unavailable"" for a day. I can't get any info about my car over the phone at all. I'm going to have to go in and hopefully they can find my car so I can go somewhere else. As for quality of the technicians, I've gone there before and the work itself has been very good. If you have time and don't need your car for awhile then it wouldn't be too bad to take it there.
