JL was recommended to me by Cravens Nursery. JL estimator was low pressure and didn't use the "well, these are going to be difficult" etc. Pricing was well below what several services had estimated the year before (until a male friend from work got the esitmates for me and the prices plummeted). I was so glad to find a place that would deal with me fairly and up front, I thought. BUT, for the first appointed time for removal I wasted a vacation day from work. Until the third time I called, at 2pm (appt. time was 8-830 a.m.) an dwas finally told one of the crew called in sick and no one would be coming to the house. I was livid, but they agreed to set it up for that Saturday. No show, no call, but admitted they hadn't noticed it on the schedule offered to do the following Saturday for 10% off (their web site offers anyway). They claimed to have called, but I had my phone within arms reach in the morning and in my bra where I CAN'T miss it, the rest of the day and checked my office p
