I love Big Sky. Whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner, I have never had a bad meal here. My husband is a big fan of their pancakes with melted cheese inside, while I am addicted to their ginger coffee cake (also good with a nice pot of tea in the afternoon).Excellent coffee, even their decaf is good. At lunch, they make the best turkey burger I have ever had( delicious with sweet potato fries) and their noodle bowls are yummy! Regrettably, they took my favorite polenta and mushrooms off the menu. I keep hoping that someday it will re-surface someday. For dinner, try the ancho chile glazed salmon. The sweet/spicy glaze complements the salmon perfectly. Service is friendly and efficent, and they always take good care of my toddler's needs (she is a big fan of the sweet potato fries as well as their turkey chili). Ok, now I'm hungry. Do yourself a favor and go to Big Skyr taste buds will thank you.
