We bought a love seat and couch and were told it would be delivered in one week. The couch came fine, but the love seat was delivered with one cushion and the front panel a different material than the set. We took pictures and asked the Customer service department to look into. We never got a call to follow up. We had to do all the follow up to find out how to get our love seat the same matching material. The light in the store is dark, so beware the color may be different once you get it home. The picked it up to send back to the factory and redo the fabric. 6 weeks later it was delivered EXACTLY the same. Still wrong.........No hope!
PROS:
CONS: The sofa was never made right even after 2 pick ups and redeliveries.
