the few times i've been to a la turka the food has been good, though the prices keep getting higher. there are many more mediterranean restaurants in chicago that have better food and at cheaper prices (maza, semiramis, turkish kitchen). a la turka seems to be selling on atmosphere while the real emphasis should be on the food.
