I have gotten my caprets cleaned several times by this company. It is a wonderful experience. The customer service is great and they always check with you after the cleaning to make sure no residue and that no stain has resurfaced. This cleaning is superior to steam cleaning because the carpet is not wet. I have a 6 year old, 2.5 year old and an older pet and neither are irritated by the smell nor the powder. I highly reccomend them. They are also very good about sending coupons once you get started with them too!
