This is the first time I've had my carpet drycleaned as opposed to the water method, and I can see a huge difference. Stains that were set-in and unremovable by previous water method cleaning, were removed! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, quick and thorough. They arrived on time (even a little early), which was a real plus. The price was reasonable considering how much furniture had to be moved and the stains that existed. And I love the fresh, clean smell my house now has.
Pros: Effectiveness
Cons: Having to vacuum after the treatment.
