I have used this cleaner numerous times as it's very convenient to my office. However, after my last few experiences I'm never going back! The owner repeatedly tries to add erroneous charges onto my bill (charging me for linen or cashmere when the garment isn't that fabric, etc) and acts annoyed when I point out the mistake; has returned clothing to me smelling / looking like it hasn't been cleaned and then refused to clean it again; has stapled my shirt when stapling the tag on, causing me to rip a hole in it when I took it off the hanger, and then refused to do anything about it because I had taken the stuffing out of the sleeves; the list goes on and on!\r

Save yourself the trouble and take your clothing to a competent and polite cleaner.
Pros: convenient to my office
Cons: quality, service, attitude of staff
