Not only was the dry cleaning horrible but instead of dry cleaning very expensive dress pants they washed them and then pressed them and they still had a stain on the cuff. It was specifically written to crease my sleaves but they all came back uncreased. I left them to be redone with a dress shirt that was burned by the presser, but I wanted to see how they were going to deal with compensating me. This is the 2nd week since I left the pants and shirt and no one has returned my call and the employee will not give me the owner or manager's number. I will follow up with editing this when I finally speak to someone.
Cons: poor management/ownership don't follow directions etc...
