Lotus is one of my favorite restaurants on Piedmont Avenue. All the dishes that I've tried have been good, if not great. I always get Vegetarian Delight appetizer. I agree with the other review in that the service is sometimes lacking. Nothing specific, but it kind of feels like the waitresses are just phoning it in. The floor seating is unusual, but not necessarily in a bad way. It can be fun but if you're a little tired then it can be hard getting up and down.
