Nice staff & experienced, let you ride plenty of test bikes. Most places have young staff that think they are too cool to help you, not this gig. Service & parts are good, sometimes service area is too busy and wait is long. Bikes are pricey with little downward mobility, definitely a great bike and worth checking out and buying, you won't be disappointed. Power + Style + Attitude = Happy Days
