The $99 is for 2 hrs. on-site work and for 1 incident per month. The last job was a clean up of my computer's hard drive. The work started as an on-site situation, but it became clear that the problem was more serious than anticipated. I took the computer to ondecktech, where the problem was taken care of. The computer is now working perfectly.\r

I have used both on-site and phone support and have found the technicians very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. They were on time for the site visits. I am not very technical and I have found the staff able to give me easy to follow directions and explanations. I find their services easier to use than the Apple support system.\r
