This is one of my top ten all-time favorites. The wait can be horrific, but it is well worth your time once you sit down. Servers, although incredibly busy, are warm and wonderful, and they really know their menu. My usual ordering routine goes something like:\r
Burma Cooler (Beer, lemon, and ginger)\r
Tea Leaf Salad (Earthy, spicy, and full of texture)\r
Samusa Soup (Spicy, rich, crunchy... my number one craving on a bad day. And I still have no idea how something this rich could possibly be vegetarian!)\r
Coconut rice (Rice with a creamy taste and aroma)\r
Pumpkin shrimp (To DIE for)\r
Chicken Cardamom Casserole (Chicken, shrimp, and rice cooked with cinnamon, cardamom, raisins and almonds. Absolutely soothing)\r

This place is not for you if you expect to be treated like the center of the universe. But for great food at a good price, Burma Superstar is king!
