I work at the central library and started going to Cozzoli's due to it's proximinty. I have kept going because there is always a giant slice of terrific pizza loaded with flavorful toppings waiting for me when walk in. The crust balances crunchy, chewy and yeasty to perfection. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean if a bit antiseptic (which is fine with me, I like to read while I eat.) It's a mystery to me why this place is always basically empty when I go in. Maybe it doesn't seem ""weird"" enough to some. But if it's all about the pizza, you won't find a better spot.
Pros: crust, toppings, speed of service
Cons: atmosphere a bit dull
