I always used to rave about how good Visible Changes in the Galleria was, that is until my horrible experience a couple of weeks ago. I will NEVER go back!!!! After I got my haircut which was much shorter than I wanted.... they overcharged me on every charge you could think of. When I spoke with the blond manager type there, he stuck up for his own and made it seem like I was the ignorant one when he was obviously just trying to rip me off. I was so offended and in great disbelief that they would treat a customer this way. No apologies, no compensation, no nothing. After that horrible treatment I won't go back and I would not recommend anyone else to go there either unless you want to get ripped off on extranenous charges.
