My experience with Mr Mabry, the owner, has been one of my worst here in Tucson. I checked the place out by getting an oil change which went O.K. Parking is sparse and for someone with MD it wasn't disability friendly. An almost 2 foot curb and no ramp up into the office. I was given changed diagnosis, parts ordered that ""got lost in the mail"".... twice! 3 months of wasted time to be told on the phone, I never ordered the parts and don't want to fix your car.
Cons: Not good at calling you back, parts never ordered, poor parking and no disability access.
