Very charming older motel just one minute from the Ausable River which made it convenient for my canoeing trip. My small to medium sized cozy room had a full kitchen which saved me lots of money! I especially enjoyed the outside area with the picnic tables, BBQ grills, horseshoes (hubby played those) and nighttime bonfire area. What a nice relief from the city! Rooms are older but in good condition, nice and clean. Very friendly owners. Super convenient location. A nice rustic feel with modern conveniences such as in-room coffee and cable. I would definately return when back in the area.
