Recently I moved to the east bay from SF. For years, I loved the Benefit shops in SF and expected I would get the same level of quality and service at the 4th st shop. Boy was I wrong! I have to say it was the worst experience in a retail business ever! (And it was my birthday) I won't bore everyone with the details but I will never set foot in that place again and I try my best to talk my friends and family out of patronizing that location as well! Stay Away if at all possible!
