We had a toilet leak. The plumber was running late. He called and said he'd be there in 10 minutes. An hour later he arrived. Told me that it was my ball caulk and he could fix($300)or rebuild($400), and to install a new toilet wouldbe 300-? plus the labor($200). We rebuilt the toilet cuz I was in a hurry and we needed a toilet. Got home and my toilet was running. Guy came out asked to use my food coloring and said he adjusted the flapper. 1 week later the toilet was running.
