When attempting to set up an appointment as a new patient this with ""man"" (he sets up his own appointments rather than having staff do it for him) he was extremely RUDE. For someone in his profession comming in contact with people that are in a very vulnerable state his mannor was cold and unprofessional. I contacted my insurance company and complained and immediatly cancelled the appointment.
