I lived there for a little over a year. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing which was very nice. The only downfall is that the walls are like paper, you can hear everything. Other than that no complaints at all. If I moved back to the Jefferson City area I would move back there
Pros: You are close to everything
Cons: Parking, you have assigned spots therefore everyone knows when your gone.
