Being new to the Pittsburgh area, the antics displayed by this particular business would shy away any new-comer from using someone local for service. While asking questions about my repair, I was told by an employee to ""call someone else"" (business must be great to be turning away customers). I'm guessing this ""flunkee"" didn't know much and resorted to diffusive elimination of a possible paying customer. I would never suggest to a friend, or an enemy, to do business at this location.
