David, the store manager is a slick talker. He tried to sell me the floor model without ever letting me look at it. When I did look at the bed he was selling me it was broken in several places. He first tried to tell me his guys would fix it until I found a part that was split in the middle of the headboard. He left frantically and while I waited I sat on the bed and started to notice several of the floor models were broken but had the broken parts hidden against a wall with other pieces of furniture wedged up next to them. He came back after a couple of minutes angry and said he would order me a new one. The original order was suppose to take only 10 days but I did not actually receive my bed for a month and it took 2 deliveries to get all the pieces a week apart. They did not place the order the first time and after I called them about it, they then ordered it but not all the right pieces. When I called to talk to him about it he got angry again and said he should have never sold me a new bed and made me take the floor model. He claimed he never knew it was broken but he lost money by giving me a new bed. He also is not tactful when handling customers' personal credit. I heard him talking about another customer having a bankruptcy right in front of me. He was not discreet at all. I was very embarrassed for the other couple. He is an a**hole to work with if he doesn't take you for a ride. Beware before you buy! The prices are good but the customer service is not and I question the condition of the furniture!
