I've been there twice, wanting to give them a fair chance because I love the old house concept. My first time, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time for the therapist and the massage was very light even though I had paid extra for a deep tissue massage. The second time my massage therapist never even showed up! They asked me if I could wait 25 minutes for the next available therapist, so I did. She acted very put out when they told her she had another client and griped about the other therapist not showing up during my massage! They pressure you to buy stuff before you leave too.
