My main experience with this florist has been with work related items- either received in the office I worked in, or ordered by our office. They are a Santa Rosa fixture located at the end of McDonald Ave. Their arrangements always looked nice, and were fresh, but seemed very traditional. If this is what you're looking for they will be perfect- they aren't priced to high, but are reliable and consistent. We also used them to send flowers to clients and they kept an account for us and would bill monthly which was very convenient for our office. Everything was always delivered as requested and you could call with a price point and they'd tell you a few options they could do for that- which was especially helpful when ordering over the phone.
PROS: Reliable, easy to order over the phone, will bill businesses monthly
CONS: very traditional so if you want something unique may not be the place
