My children and I have been patients for more than 10 years. While most offices today are impersonal, my family has always been treated with caring and concern. For an emergency, I was seen right away, properly diagnosed with what was misdiagnosed by my primary care doc and Dr. Sterling even called the pharmacy to make sure the medication was filled properly.
