Robb is a good listener, and he manages to give me an easy, up to the minute look that never fails to get comments. (As in, ""Hello, young lady."" I'm 35 and I got carded the other day!) And, his cuts LASTS. I have him color & highlight, too, and none of my friends know. How's that for skill? I love Ventura Blvd (good shopping) - (Good music) As for Robb's chairside manner...he's a genuinely good guy. I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere.
