Victor came out to our new residence and did a great job. He explained how the solution worked and he and his team removed the nasty cat urine stains from a carpet in one of the bedrooms. Overall the place smells great and the carpets appear thoroughly cleaned. \r

He gave a free sample of the carpet cleaner to use for future stains. Will definitely use them again.
Pros: Excellent service, very accomodating with our unique time constraint, great results
Cons: A bit pricey, but will definitely use again because we were so pleased with the service and results.
