Decided to come after hearing several rave reviews. Ordered a whole pizza for takeout, and brought it home to enjoy. Unfortunately, the pizza was burned and the recommended bagel crust was so hard, we couldn't eat it. How utterly disappointing. My suggestion? Before leaving, check your pie (yes, turn the slice over) to ensure it isn't blackened and inedible.
