Returning to Daphne shortly after Katrina, I settled on Bay Vista because they were the only apartments available. Since, I've been very disappointed in upkeepings and repairs. The apartments come with a very small sink and no dishwasher. There is a non-functional alarm system that continues to beep as if waiting to be set. The only way to stop this is to cut the wires. Within a month of moving in, the garbage dispoal stopped working. The air conditioning unit cuts on and off and never fully cools or heats the apartment. I've put in several written notices for repair, however there has been no attempt at repair in a years time. There are several open dumpsters which cause the grounds to stink. The apartment complex is also located near a waste management facility which adds to the lingering smell. Simply put, it's not worth the money.
