I spent alot of $ at this business this year and have had nothing but problems since I first ordered from them. After placing orders for nursery stock, it took very long to get it in (and the one tree I ordered died) and when I had questions, the people that answered the phone were very rude...I realize it's their busy time, but we, the customers, are the ones making it busy. There are alot of places that I could have went to, but tried this one and I will never be back. I garden alot and talk to alot of people about gardening and others have told me of similar experiences with Gilberts. When you order from a place, you just want healthy plants at a good $, within a resonable time limit and nice customer service...being there for the customer and what they need. I'm very disappointed.
