This ia popular Vietnamese family dining location because it is cheap, with big portions, and traditionally, Vietnamese do not have much of an expectation of environment and cleansiness in Vietnamese restaurants. I travel all over the country and do want to see different ""Little Saigons"" in every major city and dine in their restaurants. Sometimes I find a great one. Other times, a real dudd. Atlanta Pho Bac is a real disappointment. I was there for dinner and while I am eating, three guys sprayed water on the floor of the adjacent tables and started to sweep wet mop the restaurant. This isn't using a mop - but using a broom to brush clean the floor while flinging water around - an admirable effort - but during the dinner time. Then I saw a server picking his nose as he was leaving the kitchen with someone's food. I don't care how good the food is, but if the owners don't care about controlling this environment, I fear what the back kitchen looks like. The food was average, the service was abrupt, and the environment is horrendous. If you want a peace of mind dining, do not come here!
