These folks provided my business with plaques for years, and our last order missed the promised deadline by four days . . . and when I called to check on it, they told me that my order did not make enough money for them, and I should take my business elsewhere. Then, there we were, 4 days past our promise date to our client . . . looking for a new engraving company. I even asked ""How much money would it take for you to be interested in the job?"" . . . and they explained that they did not have time to do the job . . . even at twice the price. I have NEVER had an experience like this. Need plaques or engraving? . . . DON'T waste your time here.
