I had had trouble with another bike store servicing my bike and the people at the Bike Barn were completely willing to look at it and try to find the problem. They not only fixed it, they had to replace a tube in my tire that had JUST been replaced by the other place (Bicycle Junction) and they did it all for FREE! they were so nice and everyone was very helpful and they weren't even the ones that messed it up in the first place! Great place with great people!

Cons: sort of far away from my house.
