totally unimpressed, lackluster service, poor food quality (the supposed ""special"" crab purse was about as good as frozen fish sticks) and totally overpriced. the shaking beef looked and tasted like stew meat (flavorless chunks of beef) and the spring rolls were pretty much tasteless, there are much better places to go in palo alto, this was a big disappointment, dont waste your time and money
