I had a transmission repaired at out-of-state shop that sold me an the ATRA nation wide warranty. This warrany turned out to be quite a mess. Affordable had to remove the transmission and ship it back to the origional shop. They had to rebuild it and send it back. Then it took affordable 3-days to put it back in the car. The origional job took 3 days to order parts, take it out, rebuild it, and put it back in. Now that it is done, I have to wait until the first shop mails a payment to Affordable.
Pros: They didn't steal my car.
Cons: Took way to long and bad communication.
