First off, how very cool to offer both a standard and a 10pm to 1am Happy Hour - and on the weekend at that?? The ""small plates"" are both inexpensive ($1.95 to $3.95) and incredibly delectable. My faves include the Lime Rickey Shrimp, the Caramel Ginger Chicken, the Hichimi Squid and the Edamane. The drinks are tasty and the beers ice cold.
