It is a good place for first time homebuyers. You do not own the land, but you own the home (essentially a doublewide). On top of a mortgage, you will need to pay the land fee, since the company that owns the land must pay the real-estate taxes, and will take care of the grass et al. But overall, some of the older trailers could use some work, and you may want to find an updated division, but I believe that it is certantly a good and economical choice to consider.
