I had tried on this dress in the store to make sure that it fit right and then placed my order with Pearl's Place because they had better prices. The dress came and it was NO WHERE NEAR THE RIGHT SIZE! I called my fellow bridesmaids and found out from one of them that her dress, also from Pearl's Place, was 4"" too small all over! I called and was told to send the dress back for investigation. A few days later, I received a call and they asked for my measurements. When I gave them to the woman, she said that she couldn't help me and that it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I explained that I tried it on and that it fit and she repeatedly stated that I was wrong and that what I was saying was impossible. I reiterated that this was in fact what happened and she claimed that they always ask for measurements. I explained that this is not what happened when I placed my order and she flat out refused to help me. I asked what my options were and she said I could buy ANOTHER dress or pay $30/yard for more material and then she hung up on me.
