For 5 years I have been unable to lose 15 extra pounds that have made me feel miserable. When I went to Virginias Self-Hypnosis class, I had a breakthrough. She asked us to put a goal in a simple sentence for our subconscious to work on. Mine was, I am going to lose 15 lbs easily and quickly. As I said these words, I got pictures in my mind of beautiful clothes in lovely colors and feeling comfortable in them. This made such an impression on me that I became eager to do what I needed to lose the weight; I ate good food for two months and learned to be healthy without feeling deprived. I dont wear black anymore and I am finally comfortable in my body and in my clothes again.
