Things started off poorly when tech crew arrived 1:15 late; and then complained about moving furniture, or just not doing it after being asked to do so. Requests by my wife and myself to get certain spots, were met with open defiance. A quick call to the home office remedied this however. After the owner spoke to the crew, the quickly complied with everything we asked and paid for. A couple days later when we noticed new spots on the carpet that hadn't existed previously, the office had the team back out within hours after our call to them to remedy the situation and leave behind free dry clean material. Overall, poor start, strong finish.
